Temporary Shipping Options during Canada Post Strike
(Applies to all orders placed after 11:59PM (PST), November 28th)
Orders over $200 CAD (pre-tax):
- Ship now: $15 flat rate
- Hold shipment* until strike ends: free shipping
Orders under $200 CAD (pre-tax)
- Ship now - $30 flat rate
- Hold shipment* until strike ends: $15 flat rate
"Hold shipment" guarantees your items. We will ship them to you as soon as the strike ends.
In areas where the cost of shipping exceeds $30 when we enter your information, we will reach out and offer you the option to pay the top-up or hold shipping until Canada Post operations resume.
All orders shipped to addresses outside of Canada are a Final Sale.

All Returns are subject to a flat-rate $15 shipping fee. You will receive a prepaid shipping label once your return request is approved, and the cost will be deducted from your credit. Returns are eligible to be sent via Canada Post once services have resumed. See all Return info here.
In-Store Pickup
We offer free local pickup at our Victoria store (1713 Government Street).
Please note that online purchases draw from our Studio inventory, not from the store's inventory. Once your order has been placed and fulfilled, we send it over from the Studio to the Government Street store. Depending on when your order is placed and how long it takes us to fulfill your order, it may take 1-7+ days for your order to arrive at the store. When your order is ready for pickup we will contact you via email.
