Shipping + Returns


Our mail order desk is usually open Monday to Thursday, 9 to 5-ish.

Shipping & Delivery

All Canadian orders are shipped expedited, with delivery confirmation and insurance, via Canada Post. Items are insured for the total purchase price.

Other shipping methods are available upon request.

Customs charges and taxes on international shipments are payable by customer.

Shipping Returns & Replacements

In order to return or exchange mail order goods you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Once authorized, said item(s) must be shipped back to us within 10 days.  Any items postmarked after 10 days will be charged a restocking fee of 15%.

Please note: exchanges for holiday purchases will be accepted until January 8th without restocking penalty.

Customers assume all responsibility of costs associated with returning items. All returns must be fully insured. We can not accept responsibility for reimbursement or compensation for lost packages.

All returns must be received in original condition.

Returned goods may be exchanged for another item, or for store credit, equal to the amount of said goods.  Refunds are not offered at this time (except in the case of damaged or defective goods). 

International deliveries (the US included), sale items and discounted merchandise are all final sale.
