Holiday Returns
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase or gift, we are happy to offer you shop credit.
Items purchased online between December 1 - December 24, 2024 may be returned for online credit until January 18, 2025.
We accept returns of unworn, unwashed and undamaged items. Final Sale items are not eligible for return.

Return shipping and handling is $15.00 and will be deducted from your credit to cover the shipping cost as we will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label.
PLEASE NOTE: return requests are manually approved. As our studio is closed December 24, 2024 - January 1, 2025 any return requests submitted during our closure will be approved ON OR AFTER January 2, 2025.

We do not offer refunds (except in the case of damaged or defective goods), and orders shipped outside of Canada are Final Sale. We do not offer rain checks or price adjustments.
Because we make small runs and have limited stock on hand we are unable to process online exchanges or hold items for exchange. Once your credit has been issued (upon receipt of your return) you are welcome to use it towards the purchase of another item or size.
During the Canada Post strike, our return policy will remain the same - please begin your return process within 10 days of receiving your order. We will allow delayed shipment for when Canada Post resumes service and credits will be issued once items have arrived and been processed in the studio.

Once authorized, said item(s) must be shipped back to us within 10 days, or you may return the item to our Government Street store, in person. (If you're returning to the store in-person, there will be no $15 deduction for shipping label, but please email us first so we know to expect you!)
We can not accept responsibility for reimbursement or compensation for lost packages.
Items returned via mail will receive a credit that can be used ONLINE in the form of an online Gift Card. Items returned to the Government Street store will be issued a store credit that can only be used IN-STORE. Credit never expires!
All returns must be received in original condition: unwashed, unworn, undamaged and with original tags.
If you would like an in-store credit turned into an online credit or are having issues applying your credit to your online order, please contact us BEFORE making a purchase as we cannot apply your credit as a refund to an order already in process or completed.
If you would like to return an item purchased over the phone from the Government Street store that was mailed to you, please contact us for return instructions.
