If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer you shop credit.
To begin the returns process, please click HERE.
Return shipping and handling is $15.00 and will be deducted from your credit to cover the shipping cost as we will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label.
We do not offer refunds (except in the case of damaged or defective goods), and orders shipped outside of Canada are Final Sale.

If you received an incorrect or defective item, please email us at mailorder@smokinglily.com
Once authorized, said item(s) must be shipped back to us within 10 days, or you may return the item to our Government Street store, in person. (If you're returning to the store in-person, there will be no $15 deduction for shipping label, but please email us first so we know to expect you!)
Any items postmarked after 10 days will be charged a restocking fee of 15%.
We can not accept responsibility for reimbursement or compensation for lost packages.
Items returned via mail will receive a credit that can be used ONLINE in the form of an online Gift Card. Items returned to the Government Street store will be issued a store credit that can only be used IN-STORE. Credit never expires!
All returns must be received in original condition: unwashed, unworn, undamaged and with original tags.

International deliveries (the US included), sale items and discounted merchandise are all final sale.

Our mail-order desk is usually open Monday to Friday, 9 to 4-ish Pacific Time.
