Fabric Care: Preventative Tactics

As bamboo fibres are currently a large portion of the jersey fabric we use, we are always giving instructions about care; most particularly because bamboo doesn't like the dryer. It seems to me that putting bamboo fabrics through one dryer cycle adds ten wash loads of wear to the fibres. So, when I saw the photo below this morning I had a eureka moment.

You can leave messages on your washing machine with a dry erase pen! Of course! So many notes to leave, but the first one I thought of was "Please don't put my tees in the dryer." Now your bamboo tees (and polka dot dresses) can last even longer. Nice! glenda.
